Wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle, preferably inside out, to protect the fabric and design. Avoid bleach and harsh detergents. Do not tumble dry — let the Longsleeve air dry naturally and keep it away from high heat. Iron inside out on a low temperature if necessary.
